The best way to purchase your flight is online. We have designed the checkout process to be extremely easy. All major credit cards are accepted, including Apple Pay and one click transactions via StripePay. We utilise an Auth&Capture system for all transactions. In simple terms a hold is placed on the funds. Then we schedule your flight, submit passenger manifests and flight plans. We finally send you a full confirmation with all the details and only then, manually capture the transaction. Whilst we do everything possible to make sure we schedule you for your preferred departure time, sometimes it may not be available. We will offer alternatives and if those don’t suit, we immediately take the hold off your funds. To purchase, scroll a little lower. Our systems are designed to accommodate purchases at short notice – however it’s not uncommon for us to be booked out (especially on weekends). We always recommend booking your flight in advance. Everything is done meticulously by hand – we prepare our helicopters for each individual flight and we do not employ any receptionist staff – all tickets must be purchased in advance and we can not accept any walk-ins
We have two mounting positions for the go-pro. The first is positioned at the very back and top of the cabin. This mount encapsulates 160′ viewing angle of your flight. The second position is at the front, mounted to face towards you, perfect for proposals and capturing reactions of your loved one. You will receive the footage straight after the flight via the SD card

Our gift vouchers are processed by hand and can be purchased at no extra cost. Don’t want to book a date? All vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed any time within the period. After you submit the purchase they will be created and sent to you via email. A sample of what a gift voucher looks like can be found here
The experience gift industry in Australia is predominantly run by 2 companies. They charge 25-30% commissions with price-match clauses, artificially inflating prices of experiences across Australia. You will only see a tiny selection of our flights advertised elsewhere
If you have purchased your flight through a 3rd party, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided to coordinate on a specific departure time. If you booked less than 48 hours before your selected departure time, we will be in touch as soon as possible but we do invite you to please contact us if you have any questions

It’s surprisingly straight forward. The helicopter is yours – you are not relying on anyone else to turn up, thus no chance of a cancellation due to a no-show. We advice to arrive 5-10min before your departure time. Your pilot will greet you at the lounge, and walk you to the air side of the historic Archerfield Airport. There we will have plenty of time to show you around our helicopter. Once the safety brief is complete, it’s time for the photos. Your pilot will guide you into the helicopter, make sure everyone is seated comfortably and start the aircraft. The run-up checks usually take only a couple minutes (sometimes a little longer if it’s cold or Air Traffic Control is busy). We then fly the path shown above. After landing we shut down the helicopter and give you more opportunities for photos and to answer any more of your questions. Finally we walk with you back to where the experience had begun
Some helicopters are looked after; others are cared for – ours are loved. We baby them. They reflect us, and what we do. We are the only company in Brisbane to have helicopters equipped with full PANOrama doors – 180′ top to bottom glass windows with unparalleled views. Air-conditioning is standard across our fleet – whilst majority of other helicopters are not. Our helicopters have individual engineers who are the only ones who are allowed to work on them. They are frequently tracked and balanced to provide the smoothest ride. They come with best Bose headset systems on the market and the latest safety equipment – ACAS, Synthetic Vision, Terrain, SAFEtaxi and integrated weather overlay the brightest safety lights available
Our scenic flights usually run between 8:30 – 16:30 with some exceptions. The only special flight is our Brisbane City Sunset Spectacular 25 mins tour which has it’s own time-slot each day
Passenger safety and taking care of you, our customers is always our number one priority. This is why we have made the decision to set the minimum age at 3. Infants who are younger are still developing their neck muscles. In the event of turbulence which is minor nuisance to adults can lead to whiplash in infants. Adult sized headsets fit poorly over their heads which can also lead to hearing damage. The flight can also be sometimes frighting for them, which can take away from the experience. Best leave them at home with a baby sitter and enjoy the helicopter flight
There are no height restrictions
In our R44RII helicopter which most flights are based on the maximum seat limit is 136kg and maximum payload is around 270kg. If one of the passengers is above those limits, you can still experience a helicopter flight but may need to upgrade to a more powerful/roomier helicopter
Our Airbus H125 is one of the most powerful and does not have per seat limit
Perhaps a low bar to clear. Anyone who had a flight cancelled for any reason would have gone through the painful process of trying to get a refund. We did everything possible to make our cancellation policy one of the best. We are certain that you won’t find anywhere that offers a policy as transparent and flexible as ours
If you would like to reschedule your flight we ask that you do so with a 48 hour notice. Within this window our full refund policy applies
On the day if we deem the conditions to no longer be safe to fly, Bekaa Air customers can either reschedule to any other day or receive a 100% refund
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations inside the 48 hour period
We have a flawless safety record – with nil accidents. A lot of scenic flights are conducted by recently graduated students. Not here. Yes. Unlike a commercial flight, your phones do not need to be switched off or turned to airplane mode. You can take as many photos and video as you like, or when purchasing your flight add the in-flight footage option, you will receive via SD card the 160° in-flight video capturing your experience
This is what makes our approach unique. All of our tours, including the scenic flights – are private. This means that when you book your flight for two people, we will not sell the remaining seat to anyone else. Whilst this inadvertently means we sell fewer flights, the intimate nature of our tours is a signature touch of everything that we do
Yes. All of our aircraft are equipped with the best Noise cancelling headsets by Bose. They are crystal clear and cancel out a significant portion of the outside noise. Your pilot will also provide commentary and let you talk between each other
